Abstract
Dandanes žerjavi obsegajo dokaj veliko paleto vrst in oblik. Eden najbolj uporabljenih je teleskopski žerjav. Ti žerjavi so mobilni žerjavi, kar pomeni, da so pritrjeni na razna vozila kot nadgradnje in se lahko premikajo iz enega kraja v drug kraj brez dodatnih pomagal. Ker so ti žerjavi dodatno opremljeni še z dodatki, ki omogočajo regulacijo višine, so težave povezane z višino irelevantne. Ena od glavnih razlik med konvencionalnimi, kot so na primer mostni žerjavi ter teleskopskimi žerjavi je, da slednjega sestavljajo cevi, ki so vstavljene ena v drugo. Hidravlični sistem pa poskrbi za izvlek in uvlek teleskopa, zato mora biti hidravlično krmilje oziroma hidravlični sistem dobro zasnovan za ustrezno delovanje. Delo opisuje zasnovo hidravlično krmiljenega valja (HV) teleskopa nakladalnega žerjava. Na začetku smo pregledali stanje hidravličnih sistemov teleskopskih žerjavov ter nekatere patente, ki bi nam prišli prav pri našem problemu. V nadaljevanju smo prikazali, kakšno je bilo naše izhodišče za razvoj HV ter na kakšne težave smo naleteli pri samem razvoju. Prikazali bomo kakšna je naša končna rešitev problema ter kakšne rezultate dobimo z numeričnimi preračuni HV.

Title:Hydraulic control of cylinder for mobile crane telescopic boom
Abstract:
One can find cranes in a fairly large range of types and shapes nowadays. One of the most used ones is a telescopic boom crane. These cranes are mobile, which means they are attached to various vehicles as superstructures and they can move from one place to another without any additional help. Due to the fact that these cranes are additionally equipped with devices that allow height adjustment, the problems related to the height become irrelevant. One of the main differences between conventional cranes, such as bridge cranes, and telescopic boom cranes, is that the latter consists of tubes that are inserted into one another. Hydraulic system, however, ensures that the telescope is pulled out and retracted. The hydraulic controls and the system must, therefore, be well designed for a proper operation. The thesis describes the design of the hydraulically controlled cylinder of the telescopic boom. First, we examined the condition of the hydraulic systems of telescopic boom cranes and some patents that would come handy at solving our problem. Second, we showed what our starting point of developing the hydraulic cylinder was and what problems we encountered during the development itself. We will show our final solution of the problem and what results we obtain with numerical calculations of the hydraulic cylinder.
