Abstract
Pri preoblikovanju pločevine je ena izmed možnih izboljšav proizvodnega procesa tudi izbira optimalnega maziva. Pri tem se soočamo s težavo izbire primerne metode preizkušanja maziva za proces izdelave določenega izdelka. Na voljo je več triboloških preizkuševališč, vsako ima svoje prednosti in omejitve. Na nas je, da izberemo tribološko preizkuševališče, ki najbolje posnema realne razmere pri preoblikovanju pločevine. V zaključni nalogi so opisana in ovrednotena različna tribološka preizkuševališča, ki bi lahko prišla v poštev za preizkušenje maziv pri preoblikovanju pločevine.

Title:Test methods for lubricant evaluation in metal forming
Abstract:
In sheet metal forming, one option for improving manufacturing process is choosing the optimal lubricant. When choosing lubricant, we are faced with a problem of choosing appropriate lubricant testing method for manufacturing a specific product. There are many different types of tribometers, each with its advantages and limitations. It is on us to choose the right one, the one that most closely resembles contact mechanics. In this paper we describe and evaluate different tribometers, which could be used for lubricant testing in sheet metal forming.
