Popis procesa izdelave prototipnih aluminijastih ulitkov z IDEF0 meodologijo

Pri procesu izdelave prototipnih ulitkov iz aluminija srečujemo veliko težav na področju kakovosti. V ta namen je bil najprej preučen in nato opisan proces izdelave ulitkov s standardno IDEF0 metodologijo. S pomočjo sprotnega popisovanja ukrepov na področju reševanja težav s kakovostjo smo pripravili navodila za pravilno ravnanje v vsaki fazi procesa. Glavna ugotovitev je, da se morajo vsi udeleženci v procesu držati ukrepov za izboljšanje kakovosti.

• Title: Description of production processes of prototype aluminum castings by using the IDEF0 methodology

Abstract

In the process of making prototyping aluminum castings, we encounter many problems in the field of quality. For this purpose, the process of making castings was first studied and then described with the standard IDEF0 methodology. With the help of regular inventory of measures in the field of solving quality problems, we prepared instructions for proper handling at every stage of the process. The main conclusion is that all involved in the process must keep up with quality improvement measures.
