Abstract
Sistem SCADA (Supervisory control and data acquisition) je nadzorni sistem, katerega arhitektura vsebuje računalnike, omrežne podatkovne komunikacije in grafične uporabniške vmesnike za nadzorno vodenje procesov. Moje delo v podjetju INEA je temeljilo predvsem na razvoju nadzornih sistemov za kemijsko, gradbeno in kasneje za pomorsko industrijo, kar je privedlo do teme za diplomsko delo. Diplomsko delo sestoji iz dveh delov: opisa programske in strojne opreme in izvedbe nadzornega sistema na potniški ladji. V prvem delu se bom osredotočil na uporabljeno programsko in strojno opremo skupaj s protokoli in krmilniki, ki so bili pri tem projektu uporabljeni. V drugem delu bo predstavljeno animiranje elementov v aplikaciji, urniki, merjenje porabe goriv in poročila ter sistem Silverstream. Tako bo bralcu najprej predstavljeno, kaj to nadzorni sistem sploh je, nato pa nekaj zanimivih stvari, s katerimi sem se srečeval pri svojem vsakodnevnem delu.

Title:Implementation of supervisory control system on a cruise ship
Abstract:
System SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is a control system whose architecture includes computers, network data communications and graphical user interfaces for process control and supervision. My work at INEA was based primarily on the development of control systems for the chemical, construction and later for the marine industry, which also led to this topic. My final work consists of two main parts: a description of the software and hardware and the implementation of the supervisory control system on a cruise ship. In the first part, I will concentrate on the software and hardware used, together with the protocols and PLCs that were used in this project. The main part consists of the chapters that I work with in the project. Animation of the elements in the application, schedules, fuel consumption and reports, and the Silverstream system will be presented. Thus, the reader will first be introduced to what the supervisory control system is at all, and then some interesting things that I worked with everyday.
