The work studies dynamic characteristics of the telescopic bleacher, whose general attribute is optimal usage of space due to ability of opening and closing the system. Dynamic properties of the telescopic bleachers are characterized by standard regulation. In this work a development process of reduced parametric numeric model of telescopic bleacher with programme package Ansys APDL has been described. The procedure of geometry creation, contacts and material properties definition, meshing and solving has been presented. The model is able to generate geometry of the tribune with arbitrary number of rows, height step, depth, length and number of connected blocks. Harmonic and modal analysis of the construction with standard dimensions has been presented. The relevant natural frequencies and mode shapes have been shown. By changing cross section of critical elements of the bleacher, better dynamic characteristics has been reached, as the lowest natural frequency is greather than 6 Hz.
