Abstract
Reforma javnega sektorja je zajela tudi davčni sistem. Finančna uprava RS deluje kot javni servis za svoje državljane. Problem je bil že analiziran v preteklosti. Gre za analizo ukrepov, ki so pripomogli k večji učinkovitosti organa. Pregledamo dejavnike, ki omogočajo izvajanje storitev za svoje državljane. Cilj je ugotoviti, ali so zadovoljni z delom finančne uprave in je njihova ozaveščenost v tem pogledu danes boljša. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na 2 dela, na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu mi je bila v pomoč različna domača in tuja strokovna literatura ter literatura in viri, ki so dostopni na spletu. V raziskovalnem delu sem uporabil metodo anketiranja. Največjo težavo sem videl v neodzivnosti anketirancev, kar se pa ni zgodilo. Na podlagi delovanja finančnega organa in njihovih storitev do strank, to je davkoplačevalcev, se naredi analiza dela zaposlenih in finančne uprave. Na koncu smo prišli do ugotovitve, da je seznanjenost davkoplačevalca danes večja zaradi vseh aktivnosti Finančne uprave Republike Slovenije, ki so bile izvedene v zadnjem času. Največ je k tej ugotovitvi pripomogla anketa, ki je dala odgovore na hipoteze v diplomskem delu.

Title:ANALYSIS OF AWARENESS
Abstract:
Reform of public sector covered also a tax system. We are interested in the functioning of financial management of Republic of Slovenia to taxpayers. This problem was analysed several years ago. It is about analysis of measures, which help with bigger effectiveness of financial authority, and in this way, taxpayers are more informed. We examine the factors, which affect in satisfaction of taxpayer and service quality of financial management. Our objective is to realise if awareness is bigger today or they are satisfied with the work of financial authority. Thesis work was divided in two different parts on theoretical and practical. On theoretical part I helped myself with different domestic and foreign literature and resources available online. In research work I used the survey method. The biggest problem I have seen was unresponsiveness of people. Based on relationship employers to customers, information and work of financial authority we can define satisfaction and infirmness of the taxpayers in Slovenia. Conclusion was that awareness of taxpayer is bigger today due to activities of FURS which was completed in the last time.
