Abstract
Za magistrsko delo smo izdelali merilno postajo za preverjanje kakovosti elektronsko komutiranega elektromotorja za servovolan v avtomobilu. Merilna naprava je del proizvodne linije za izdelavo le-teh. Izbrali smo merilne instrumente, izdelali električne načrte in programsko opremo. V uvodu so opisani razlogi za meritve električnih veličin na motorju. Predstavili smo zahteve za merilno postajo in način dela. V drugem in tretjem poglavju smo predstavili izbrane merilne metode in merilne instrumente. Opisali smo, kaj pomeni posamezno odstopanje od predpisnih vrednosti. V četrtem poglavju smo opisali mehansko zgradbo merilne naprave in merilne postopke, ki se na njej izvajajo. Naprava omogoča menjavo tipov elektromotorjev, odkrivanje in diagnosticiranje napak ter vodi k odpravljanju le-teh. Opisali smo programsko opremo od gonilnikov za posamezne merilne instrumente do vmesnikov za uporabnike. V petem poglavju smo predstavili merilne rezultate, opremljene z negotovostmi. Predstavljeni so tudi merilni rezultati 1000 merjencev. Merilna naprava ustreza vsem zahtevam naročnika, po uspešnem testiranju je sedaj del delujoče industrijske linije.

Title:Measurement of electrical parameters of electronically commutated electric motor on production line
Abstract:
For the master thesis, we made a testing device for the quality check of the electronically commutated electric motor for the servo steering in the car. The testing device is part of the production line for electric motors. We selected measuring instruments, made electrical schema and software. In the introduction, we described reasons for measurements on the electric motor. We presented the requirements for the testing device and the way of work. In the second and third chapter, we presented the selected measurement methods and measuring instruments. We have described what an individual deviation from the regulatory values means. In the fourth we have described the mechanical structure of the testing device and the measurement procedures that are being carried out on it. The device allows you to change types of motors, detect and diagnose errors, and lead to the removal of these. We have described software from drivers for measuring instruments to user interfaces. In the end, we presented the measurement results with uncertainties and measurement results of 1000 tested motor. The measuring device meets all the requirements of the client, has successfully passed the test and is part of a working industrial line.
