This diploma presents a theoretical model of dynamic thermal building response, as defined by the SIST EN ISO 52016-1 standard. The model combines energy balance of the building blocks and the interior environment in the building in an hourly interval. Energy balance of building blocks are constructed by taking into account the predefined distribution of thermal capacitance. A computer program for year-round evaluation of necessary heat and cooling for the heating and cooling of the building was developed. The program was verified at the level of non-stationary heat transfer in the building blocks of the building with the TRNSYS software. This diploma also shows the results comparison from the developed software using test cases from SIST EN ISO 52016-1, the ASHRAE 140 standard, as well as the results from the simulations of building heat response with the TRNSYS software.
