The diploma thesis shows the level and importance of communication at various Slovenian companies where the first part arises from the same theoretical definitions and summarizing experts in the field of communication. In the second part, the author continues with empirical research and analysis of the results obtained. Communication is an area without which today we can hardly or only-this without difficulty. The most important business communication and communication within the company. Much depends also on proper communication, the more communication in the workplace and relevant, the more we can be successful in the business world.
In the diploma thesis the author examines culture of communication by companies in Slovenia. Author generally check whether people in the workplace to meet people from other national or cultural background, and checked how many of them already in the workplace experienced conflict because of inadequate communication and how in general to communication conflict.
The aim of the thesis is the examination of the field of communication on jobs in the company and investigate the situation in Slovenian companies. The goal that the author pursued the study of communication by Slovenian companies, the adequacy of communication, the importance of business communication in the direction of minimize inadequate communication and to the avoid unpopular conflict. Author and findings indicate that the vast majority of businesses, employees and superiors aware of the importance of culture communication mainly for business reasons, while some people (a minority) still seem to communicate in business is important.
