Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisana avtomatizacija farmacevtske zaščitne komore za delo v nadzorovanih pogojih. Naprava je bila na zahtevo velikega slovenskega farmacevtskega podjetja izdelana v podjetju Iskra PIO, v katerem sem opravljal študentsko delo. V diplomskem delu sem predstavil napravo in svoje delo pri tem projektu. V prvem delu diplome sem se osredotočil na zgradbo naprave in njeno strojno opremo. Opisal sem sestavne dele naprave, namen in lastnosti uporabljenih senzorjev in aktuatorjev ter krmilni sistem Siemens. V drugem delu diplome sem opisal program krmilnika in zaslone uporabniškega vmesnika. Razložil sem funkcijski blok prehajanja med delovnimi režimi izolatorja, statusno funkcijo in funkcijski blok alarmiranja. Podrobneje sem predstavil glavni zaslon, zaslon P&I, zaslon alarmiranja in sistemski zaslon.

Title:Automation of pharmaceutical containment isolator
Abstract:
My diploma thesis describes the automation of safety cabinets used in the pharmaceutical industry for work under controlled conditions. At the request of a large Slovenian pharmaceutical company, the device was manufactured by the company Iskra PIO, where I did student work. In my diploma thesis, I have presented the device and my work in this project. In the first part of the thesis, I concentrate on the structure of the device and its hardware. I describe its components, the purpose and characteristics of the sensors and actuators that are used and the Siemens control system. In the second part of the thesis, I describe the controller program and the display of the user interface. I explain the function block of switching between the isolator operating modes, the status function, and the function block alarm. I have presented the main screen, the P&I screen, alarm display and system display.
