Abstract
V magistrskem delu smo analizirali zasnovo vrtca Mlinček v občini Naklo z vidika dnevne osvetljenosti in rabe energije. Sprva smo izvedli analizo obstoječe stavbe, ki je bila zgrajena leta 2015, nato smo izvedli parametrično študijo, s katero smo preverjali učinkovitost zasnove stavbe s študijo ukrepov. Študijo smo izvedli s posameznimi simulacijami, v katerih smo spreminjali izbrane ukrepe in preverjali njihov vpliv na dnevno osvetljenost in rabo energije. Osnova za vse analize je bila platforma SketchUp. Dodatek za SketchUp SunHours je omogočil analizo osončenosti, Sefaira pa osvetljenost in energetsko analizo. Dimenzije objekta in materialne karakteristike smo povzeli iz znane projektne dokumentacije, parametre ogrevanja, hlajenja in prezračevanja smo povzeli iz ogleda objekta v kombinaciji s predpisano zakonodajo. Z analizo osvetljenosti smo ugotovili, da je delovna površina igralnic v večjem delu leta zelo močno osvetljena. Delovna površina v konferenčni dvorani je junija in septembra ustrezno osvetljena z dnevno svetlobo, saj je osvetljenost višja od 600 lx. Delovne površine v pisarnah imajo od marca do septembra vrednosti osvetljenosti višje od 600 lx. S posameznimi simulacijami parametrične študije smo preverjali, kakšen vpliv ima določen ukrep na rabo energije za ogrevanje in hlajenje. Pri analizi izhodiščnega primera se je namreč izkazalo, da navedena segmenta energije skupaj predstavljata skoraj 35 % celotne energije za delovanje stavbe. Ugotovili smo, da je stavba z vidika transparentnih površin ovoja stavbe precej dobro zasnovana. Z vgradnjo dodatne toplotne izolacije na ovoju stavbe bi lahko izboljšali energetsko učinkovitost stavbe. Velik vpliv na rabo energije za ogrevanje v stavbi ima sprememba notranje temperature v ogrevalnem obdobju. Na podlagi rezultatov analiz simulacij v parametrični študiji smo predlagali primerno različico zasnove stavbe, ki je energetsko bolj učinkovita v primerjavi z dejansko stavbo.

Title:Validation of optimal energy efficiency design measures in the case of children day care centre Mlinček
Abstract:
In my M. Sc. Thesis we have analysed energy efficiency design measures of children day care centre Mlinček regarding daylight and energy consumption. At first we have performed an analysis of the existing kindergarten, which was built in 2015, next we performed a parametric study which served to check effectiveness of the design of the building. This study was carried out by particular simulations where we have changed the chosen actions and checked their influence in daylight and energy consumption. The basics of all the analyses was SketchUp platform. An addition for SketchUp SunHours has enabled us the analysis of insolation, like Sefaira did for illumination and energy analysis. Dimensions of the building and material characteristics have been summarised by the project documentation of the building, however the heating, cooling and ventilation parameters we have summarised in combination with the existing legislation. By the analysis of the illumination we have found out that the working surfaces of the playrooms were very much illuminated which can cause the glitter effect. The working surface of the conference hall is illuminated properly on June and September as the illumination is higher than 600 lx. The working surface of the offices are illuminated properly from March to September By the particular simulations of the parametric study we have determined the influence of particular action to the use of energy for heating and cooling. While analysing the particular case it turned out that these two energy segments represent almost 35 % of the entire energy needed for the functioning of the building. We have determined that the building is designed pretty well regarding transparent surfaces of the building envelope. By installation of additional thermal insulation of the building envelope we could improve building's energy efficiency. A big influence on energy consumption has a change of inner temperature of the air in the heating season. Based on the results of the simulation analyses in the parametric study we have proposed the best option of the building, which are far more effective when comes to energy, compared to the initial case we studied.
