Abstract

Title:An interactive task for a haptic rehabilitation robot
Abstract:
In our thesis, we have developed an interactive computer game, which in connection with a rehabilitation robot, forms a comprehensive system for upper limbs rehabilitation. Based on review of Computer Science, Computer Input Devices and Virtual Reality we have presented several fields of Computer Graphics and Robotics, furthermore, we have highlighted the advantages of using these technologies in the field of rehabilitation. We have also focused on the UNITY programming environment, which was our core development tool. At the end we have performed testing procedures of the system under controlled conditions and provided data visualisation based on automatic system logging process. For a conclusion we have evaluated our system and exposed some suggestions for potential future work.
