The main aim of the thesis is to present and explain the results of the study and make proposals for improvements. The research part presents the participating company and the results of the research. Method which has been used was anonymous questionnaire. With the survey I established general employee satisfaction with the current system of rewarding and motivation, and which rewards motivate them most. Based on the obtained results I confirmed or disproved the set hypothesis.
Research has shown that employees are fairly satisfied with the system of remuneration and motivation, however the leaders should consider about upgrading the system. The system should serve as an effective tool for long-term motivation. For employees the most important are good interpersonal relationships, independence and personal satisfaction. The results show that for employees nonfinancial rewards have greater motivational impact than financial, which is good, because money is only a short-term motivator.
The quest for an effective system of rewarding and motivation is very important for any company. Motivated employees have a major impact on the performance of the organization, they contribute to positive economic outcomes. If employees are successful in their work, the whole organization is also successful.
