Abstract
Tlačni padci v pretočnem traktu pri stalnem pretoku procesnega zraka so ključni parametri, ki določajo lastnosti in energijsko učinkovitost sušilnega stroja. Z namenom merjenja tlačnih padcev smo izdelali novo merilno postajo, kar je zajemalo novo konstrukcijo s testnim sušilnim strojem in izvedbo električne opreme. Na ključna mesta sušilnega stroja smo vgradili zaznavala in odjeme procesnega zraka in preko programskega paketa National Instruments LabView zajemali podatke. V nadaljevanju smo izvedli meritve, obdelali podatke in posredno ugotovili, kje so pomanjkljivosti stroja in kako bi jih lahko odpravili.

Title:The design of the measuring stations for measuring aerodinamics properties of draying machine
Abstract:
Pressure drops in the flow tract at a constant flow rate of the process air are the key parameters which influence the aerodynamic properties and indirectly improve the energy efficiency of the clothes dryer. To measure pressure drops we designed and manufactured a new measuring station, which included new structure for and testing drying machine including design of electric equipment. On the selected locations of the appliance we have built in pressure tappings and sensors. Data acquisition was performed using data acquisition equipment based on National Instruments LabView. The measured and processed data show disadvantages of the appliance and measures for their elimination.
