Abstract
Magistrska naloga predstavlja analizo utrujanja talilnega elementa nizkonapetostne varovalke. Ob predhodno izdelani stabilizirano ciklični krivulji in zdržljivostni krivulji gradiva talilnega elementa smo, z uporabo napetostnega pristopa za določanje poškodbe, napovedali dobo trajanja. Kljub rezultatom napovedi v področju malo ciklične trdnosti, so le-ti primerljivi z eksperimentalnimi opažanji.

Title:Fatigue analysis of melting element low voltage fuse
Abstract:
Master thesis represents a fatigue analysis of the melting element of low voltage fuses. There is presented the use of low-voltage fuses, physical functioning, standards and operating conditions. The melting element as a carrier of all loads was burdened with a simple current profile until the damage. Based on a large number of samples we have defined for three different probabilities probability of failure. In a parallel programming environment we created a virtual model. Its authenticity was confirmed by comparing the average measured temperature profiles along the melting element. On the base of insufficient matching temperature profile we designed strength analysis. With previous prefabricated stabilized cyclic curve and endurance curve of material that the melting element was made, we determinated the damage with the use of the voltage approaches to predict the lifetime. Despite the results in the area of low cycle fatigue are only those to be comparable with the experimental observations.
