Analiza postopkov registriranja novega stanja pri komasaciji po Zakonu o kmetijskih zemljiščih

Komasacija kmetijskih zemljišč je ena izmed rešitev združevanja razdrobljene posesti. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen postopek komasacije, pričakovani cilji, rezultati in analiza komasacije na praktičnem primeru v k.o. Nadlesk in k.o. Podcerkev v občini Loška dolina. Osrednja tema je evidentiranje oziroma registracija novo nastalega stanja po izvedenem postopku v zemljiškem katastru in zemljiški knjigi. Prikazan je potek seznanitve z novim stanjem na komasacijskem območju, pritožbe komasacijskih udeležencev, reševanje pritožb ter vloga institucij: upravna enota, geodetska uprava, ministrstvo in sodišče.

• Title: Analysis of registration procedures of a new ownership situation in the land consolidation according to the Agricultural Land Act

Abstract

Land consolidation is one of the solutions to amalgamate diverified land. The graduation thesis presents the process of land consolidation, the expected objectives, results and the analysis of the procedure in the case of the land consolidation »Nadlesk – Podcerkev« in the municipality of Loška dolina. The main theme is registration of the new situation after the completion of the land consolidation process in the land cadastre and land register. Process of the acquaintance with the new ownership situation is shown. Appeals of the land consolidation participants on the new ownership situation, dealing with complaints and the role of institutions: administrative unit, surveying administration, ministry and court are presented.
