Razvoj valjčnega mlina za stiskanje krmnih žit

Zaključna naloga obravnava postopek razvoja valjčnega mlina za stiskanje žit. Predstavljen je glavni namen obdelave krme ter različni načini za obdelavo. Na podlagi analize posameznih načinov obdelave žit smo se odločili za razvoj stroja za obdelavo žit po metodi stiskanja žit z valjanjem. V začetku procesa razvoja smo postavili konstrukcijske zahteve, ki smo jim sledili skozi celoten proces. Opravili smo potrebne preračune ter na podlagi teh skonstruirali napravo za obdelavo oziroma stiskanje žit namenjenih krmi živali.

• Title: Development of a rolling mill for fodder wheat

Abstract

The final thesis discusses the process of developing roller mill for pressing grains of wheat. It features the main purpose of processing feed, and various ways to do it. Based on the analysis of individual treatment method, we decided to develop a machine for processing wheat grain according to the method of compression by rolling. At the beginning of the development process, we set the requirements that we followed through the entire process. We have done the necessary calculations and on that basis designed a device for processing and compression of wheat intended for animal feed.
