In my thesis, I have created a solution in how to store items in complementary work of making handmade notebooks. In this handcrafting action, there is a slower response rate for buyers command and a problem with managing the inventory of the notebooks. There is a delay with the answer because of it and the buyers lose interest in an item they wanted to buy beforehand. The main purpose of my study is to find the right application, which could manage the inventory items in the handcraft business. We made an inquiry about the apps on the market, which are free of access. We made a conclusion that every free application lacked a specific that we required. For example managing stock on the mobile phone, platform of the app required your g-mail account to register, some of the needed information was missing, the entry of co-workers, who could access the database. We established an algorithm and a graphic design and created a new application that will be suitable for any handcraft business and will be widely accessible on the market.
