Abstract
Cilj magistrskega dela je bilo načrtovati drčo na reki Savinji pri Šempetru. Obstoječa drča je bila v preteklosti med visokimi vodami že večkrat poškodovana. Izbrani tip drče in njene dimenzije so utemeljeni s podatki iz literature in primeri dobre prakse. Nova drča je dimenzionirana na visoke pretoke s povratno dobo 100 let in tudi na manjše pretoke, pri katerih moramo upoštevati prehodnost za vodne organizme. Prehodnost moramo zagotoviti, saj nas k temu zavezujejo naravovarstveni zpravni akti. Mejne vrednosti prehodnosti za različne vrste rib smo zbrali v pregledno celoto. Pri dimenzioniranju drče smo upoštevali vrednosti, ki veljajo za ciljne vrste rib na preučevanem območju. Najbolj izpostavljena in zavarovana vrsta na odseku je sulec (Hucho hucho). Izbrani pretoki za dimenzioniranje drče so bili določeni z viri iz literature in z analizo merjenih hidroloških vrednosti reke Savinje. Geometrijo območja smo uredili v programu AutoCAD. S programom Aquaterra smo prenesli pridobljene geometrijske profile v hidravlični model programa HEC-RAS. Dimenzije drče smo iterativno določili s programom HEC-RAS in dodatnimi enačbami iz literature. Končna rešitev je približno stroškovno ocenjena na podlagi že izvedenih podobnih projektov. Končna pridobljena rešitev, ki je opisana in izrisana, je lahko podlaga za izdelavo idejne zasnove za prenovo drče.

Title:Design of rock ramp on the River Savinja near Šempeter
Abstract:
The aim of the master’s thesis is design of a rock ramp on Savinja River near Šempeter. The existent rock ramp was damaged already several times in the past due to the high water flows. The dimensions and the design of a new chosen type of a rock ramp is based on a literature review and cases of good practice. The new design needs to sustain its stability during yearly high waters and also enable free fish passage at lower flows. The longitudinal connectivity of water bodies is required by legislative acts. Swimming capabilities for different fish spices were gathered from various literatures. Based on endangered species list for this part of the river final dimensions of the rock ramp were selected. The most endangered species on this stretch is Danube salmon (Hucho hucho). Selected flows critical for design were determined with help of literature and analysis of measured hydrological data of Savinja River. The geometry of the area was edited in Auto CAD. The profiles of the river were then transferred to hydraulic model in HEC-RAS using Aquaterra software. The final solution is a result of an iterative procedure. Project was estimated for the value of renovation on base of similar projects already finished. Final concept described in this thesis can be further used as base in preparation of a conceptual design for the rock ramp.
