Ocenitev informacijsko tehnološkega proizvoda podjetja Chipolo

Informacijska tehnologija je v današnjem svetu vse bolj prisotna, saj jo srečamo že na vseh področjih v družbi. Podjetja, ki želijo s svojimi proizvodi ali storitvami konkurirati na hitro rastočih trgih informacijsko tehnoloških proizvodov ali storitev, potrebujejo kakovostne IT rešitve. Zato je ocenitev in izboljšanje uspešnosti informacijsko tehnoloških proizvodov pomembno področje tako za posamezna podjetja, kot širšo družbo. V sklopu diplomskega dela je bil zasnovan in predstavljen model ocenjevanja funkcionalnosti informacijsko tehnološkega proizvoda. Model je zasnovan na podlagi že obstoječih metodologij in orodij, ki se uporabljajo za ocenjevanje uspešnosti proizvodov. Preizkušen je bil v enem izmed slovenskih podjetij v sklopu študije primera, ki je pokazala, da je uporaba modela ocenjevanja podjetju pomagala pri izboljšanju njihovega informacijsko tehnološkega proizvoda. Ker se je model izkazal za uspešnega, ga je v bodoče mogoče uporabiti tudi v drugih podjetjih ali na drugih proizvodih.

• Title: Evaluation of information technology product in the company Chipolo

Abstract

In today’s world information technology is becoming more and more present, as we find it in all the areas of the society. Companies that want their products or services to compete in the emerging markets of IT products or services, need high-quality IT solutions. Therefore, the evaluation and improvement of performance of information technology products is an important area for both individual companies and wider society. As part of this thesis, a model for evaluation of features of the information technology product was designed and presented. The model is designed on the basis of existing methodologies and tools used to evaluate the successful performance of products. The model was tested in one of Slovenian companies in the context of a case study, which showed that the use of a model for evaluation helped the company in improving their information technology product. Because the model proved to be successful it can be applied to other companies or other products in the future.
