The thesis presents a detailed municipal spatial plan for an undeveloped area near Veno Pilon street in Ajdovščina. The outline of the plan is based on the analysis of the previous development projects as well as on our own: a morphological, visual, social services and utilities infrastructure analysis. The key aspects of the proposal were inline with the new Municipal Spatial Plan of the Ajdovščina municipality which was passed in 2014. Our proposal is in-line with plan's urban planning and architectural criteria. We proposed 15 housing units that would facilitate 120 people. The emphasis was on satisfactory private areas for the residents and comfortable common green areas. In our housing proposal we have also emphasised better quality of life, proper spatial placement and the correct typology for the buildings.
