Uvedba novega sistema za spremljanje proizvodnje v Pohištvu Brežice d.d. : diplomsko delo (visokošolski strokovni študij)

V tovarni Pohištvo Brežice d.d., skupina Novoles smo analizirali čas, potreben za spremljanje proizvodnje po dosedanjem sistemu za spremljanje in ga primerjali s tistim, ki ga prihranimo z uvedbo novega sistema. Analizirali smo razvrščanje delovnih nalogov, terminiranje in planiranje ter teoretično opisali probleme pri razvrščanju. Opisali in analizirali smo obstoječi sistem spremljanja proizvodnje in naredili osnutek novega sistema; ta je zelo enostaven pri vnosu podatkov, pri kontroli povratnih informacij pa podatkovno preglednejši. Naredili smo tudi osnutek za podrobno planiranje na ključnih delovnih mestih, za premeščanje posameznih operacij in spremljavo le-teh po zaključnem delu.

• Title: Introduction of a new production monitoring system in the Pohištvo Brežice d.d. : graduation thesis (higher professional studies)

Abstract

In Pohištvo Brežice d.d. factory, a member of the Novoles group, the time lost due to monitoring of production under the existing system of production monitoring was analysed and compared to the time potentially saved by a new system introduction. The work order distribution, scheduling and planning were studied and a theoretical description of problems faced in distribution of work orderes prepared. The existing system of production monitoring was described and analysed, and a proposal for a new one prepared. If introduced, the proposed new system will be quite uncomplicated in respect to the data entry, and will provide much better data transparency in the feedback information control. A proposal for a detailed planning of key work-posts, relocation of individual operations, and monitoring of the same after the finished work were also prepared.
