Kartografska in geodetska dela pri izdelavi "Navodil o uporabi letališča Otočac" : magistrsko delo

Cilj magistrskega dela je izdelava različnih tematskih kart, ki predstavljajo sestavni del geodetskega elaborata, ki temelji na podatkih, pridobljenih z geodetsko izmero. Prvi del se nanaša na preučitev zakonodaje v zvezi s projektiranjem letališča. Opisani so pogoji, odvisni od referenčne kode letališča, ki so pomembni za varnost pristankov in vzletov letal. Opis se osredotoča na ovire, ki so v bližini vzletno-pristajalne steze ter na druge elemente, katerih prikaz je neizogiben za popolnost letalskih kart. Praktični del magistrskega dela obravnava geodetsko izmero na terenu in izdelavo kart, tako osnovnih za izdelavo geodetskega elaborata, kot tudi tistih, ki so potrebne za izdelavo navodil o uporabi letališča. Podatki so zbrani z metodami, ki ustrezajo zahtevani natančnosti. Pri izdelavi kart je opisana izdelava in uporaba kartografskih znakov, prilagojenih in razumljivih osebam, katerim so namenjene. Rezultat je izdelan geodetski elaborat z geodetskimi načrti in letalskimi kartami, z ustrezno dokumentacijo za namen uporabe v letalstvu s strani pilotov športnih letal in letališkega osebja. Pravilnost izdelave elaborata se potrjuje z obratovalnim dovoljenjem s strani Agencije za civilno letalstvo Republike Hrvaške.

• Title: Cartographic and geodetic works in the preparation of "Manual for Use of the Airport Otočac"

Abstract

The objective of this master's thesis is the production of various aeronautical maps which form an integral part of geodetic work, based on data obtained by geodetic survey. The first part is a review of laws related to airport projecting. Conditions (outlined by the applicable Airport Reference Code) which are important for the safety of aircraft take-offs and landings are described. The description focuses on barriers, obstacles and other impediments that are near runways, and other features whose presentation is obligatory for the completeness of the required aeronautical charts. The practical part of the thesis describes the geodetic survey in the field and the production of maps, ranging from basic maps for geodetic work up to those that are required to produce a Manual for Use of the Airport. Data were collected using methods appropriate to the required precision. The maps are created using standard cartographic symbols and colours, easily recognizable and understandable to persons for whom they are intended. The result is a comprehensive geodetic study with geodetic plans and aeronautical charts, with the appropriate documentation for the purpose by pilots of sport aircraft and airport staff. Alignment of all geodetic and cartographic works to the required standard are confirmed by the operating permit from the Agency for Civil Aviation of the Republic of Croatia.
