Abstract
Uvod: Incidenca carskih rezov po svetu narašča. V primerjavi s svetovno pomembnimi državami (npr. Združene države Amerike) je delež pojava pri nas še vedno majhen. Zaradi dejavnikov carskega reza, ki velja za zapleten način poroda, sta mati in novorojenček po porodu pogosto ločena, zato se ga pogosto povezuje z neuspešnim dojenjem. Vez med materjo in otrokom je zelo močna, zato je pri takšnem načinu poroda potrebno ustrezno ravnanje. S tem se namreč lahko prepreči veliko težav in nelagodja v poporodnem obdobju. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti vpliv carskega reza na vzpostavljanje laktacije in navezovanje med materjo in novorojenčkom. Metode dela: Pri pisanju diplomskega dela je bila uporabljena opisna oz. deskriptivna metoda dela. Delo je nastalo na podlagi zbiranja, pregledovanja, ocene in analize strokovne literature v slovenskem in angleškem jeziku. Uporabljene so bile podatkovne baze PubMed, Science Direct, Medline, Cohrane in Google Schoolar. Razprava in sklep: Carski rez je pogosto povezan z ločeno obravnavo matere in novorojenčka. Težnja k omogočanju zgodnjega stika, navezovanja in dojenja je pri tem ključnega pomena, saj blagodejno vpliva na mater in otroka. Okrevanje matere in prilagajanje novorojenčka na zunajmaternično življenje je pri carskem rezu težavnejše kot pri vaginalnem porodu. Z zagotavljanjem prvega stika, dojenja in navezovanja tudi po carskem rezu, se poleg višanja kakovostne perinatalne oskrbe, manjša njegov vpliv na kasnejše obdobje. Avtorica v ta namen v diplomskem delu predstavi svoj plakat, namenjen ženskam, ki se bodo v prihodnje srečale s carskim rezom in po njem želele dojiti.

Title:Influence of the caesarean section on the establishment of lactation and emotional bonding : a dissertation
Abstract:
Introduction: The incidence of cesarean section is steeply rising. In comparison with world's major countries (United States of America) the occurrence in Slovenia is stil low. Because of its factors, the mother and newborn are often separated after birth, and it's also coherent with unsuccessful breastfeeding result. The bond between mother and the baby is very strong, therefore the suitably behavior at that kind of birth is important. This can significantly impact on presence of troubles and uneasiness in puerperium. Purpose: The purpose of thesis is to present impact of ceasrean section on the establishment of lactation and emotional bonding between mother and newborn. Work methods: Descriptive method was used for the thesis. It was formed on the basis of the collection, review, evaluation and analysis of domestic and foreign scientific writings in Slovenian and English languages. Databases Cobiss, PubMed, Science Direct, Medline, Cohrane in Google Schoolar were used. Discussion and conclusion: Cesarean section is offten related to separated treatment of mother and infant. Tendecy to enableing emotional bonding is therefore crucial, because has a good impact on mother and newborn. Recuperation after cesarean section is in comparison with vaginal birth more difficult. Providing early contact, bonding and breastfeeding, the quality of perinatal care is raising and his impact on later period. The author is also presenting his own poster, wich is intendet to all women, wich will have a cesaean setion and want to breastfeed after it.
