Pravna ureditev istospolnih partnerskih skupnosti

Cilj magistrske naloge je analiza prednosti in pomankljivosti pravne ureditve istospolnih partnerskih skupnosti. Razčlenila bom trenutno zakonsko ureditev, posvetila pa se bom tudi vsem poskusom sprememb na področju istospolnih partnerstev. Na osnovi relevantne literature bom podprla hipotezo magistrskega dela, da istospolne partnerske skupnosti v Sloveniji nimajo zagotovljenih enakih pravic kot partnerji različnega spola.

Abstract

The objective of the master's deegre is the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of regulation same-sex partnerships. I will analyse current regularization and also some of the attempts to change the legal regulation of same-sex partnerships. I am supporting the hypothesis that same-sex partnerships in Slovenia do not have the same rights as partners of the opposite sex.
