Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava uporabo računalnika pri eksperimentalnem delu v osnovni šoli s poudarkom na pregledu obstoječih merilnih sistemov in njihovimi alternativami. Na začetku sta predstavljena dva komercialna merilna sistema Pasco in Vernier, ki sta trenutno med najbolj razširjenimi. Pregledu obstoječih sistemov sledi predstavitev alternativnih rešitev z mikrokrmilniškimi razvojnimi ploščicami, med katerimi je izpostavljena Arduino razvojna ploščica kot najprimernejša za učitelja v osnovni šoli. Predstavitev Arduino razvojne ploščice je omejena na najnujnejše, kar mora nekdo, ki elektronike ne pozna podrobno, vedeti, da lahko začne z uporabo le-te. V zaključku diplomskega dela je predsatvljen kratek pregled učnih načrtov za naravoslovne predmete (fizika, kemija, biologija, tehnika) in predstavitev možnosti vpeljave Arduino razvojne ploščice v poučevanje.

Title:Using Arduino development board for computer aided measurement in school
Abstract:
The topic of this diploma work is computer-aided measurement in primary school. Main focus is on existing technology and alternatives for them. In the beginning, there is a short introduction of two existing systems, which are mostly used in school today, Pasco and Vernier. Second part of diploma work covers alternative solutions for teachers to use in their teaching. Arduino development board is presented in a simple way, so someone with a little knowledge in electronics could understand the main principles of Arduino and could start using it. At the very end, there is a short overview of curricula for science themed courses.
