Diplomsko delo analizira projekt gradnje stanovanjskega objekta v obmejnem območju italijanskega krasa. Projektu sledi iz perspektive vodje gradbišča glavnega izvajalca gradbeno-obrtniških del. Podrobno analizira potrebne postopke za izpeljavo projekta od predračuna do prevzemnega zapisnika.

Abstract

The diploma thesis analyses the apartment building construction project in the area of the Italian Karst. It follows the project from the perspective of the main construction and craft contractor site manager. It analyses the necessary procedures of carrying out out the project from the pro forma invoice to the acceptance record.
