Abstract
Geometrijske transformacije video slike so osnova za korekcijo slike na prikazovalnikih in za posebne učinke pri postopkih obdelave slik z računalniškimi programi. V začetku naloge so opisane tehnične osnove zajema slike oziroma svetlobe na CCD polje ter ločen zajem barv, osnovne lastnosti slik kot tudi tehnične osnove zapisa video slik v datotečnih oblikah na spominskih medijih, za katere so v veljavi mednarodni standardi. Poudarek naloge je teoretična predstavitev geometrijskih transformacij video slik. Pri izvedbi transformacij uporabljamo različne interpolacije za izboljšanje kvalitete transformirane slike, katere prikažem teoretično in z uporabo različnih grafičnih programov prikažem tudi slike pred in po izvedenih interpolacijah. V jeziku Python sem napisala enostaven program za izvedbo geometrijske transformacije na manjši digitalni sliki. V praktičnem delu sem pripravila okolje MMC za spremljanje določenih parametrov procentualne porabe virov strojne opreme ob izvajanju določenega postopka v grafičnih programih. Rezultate predstavim in jih obrazložim.

Title:GEOMETRIC TRANSFORMATIONS OF VIDEO IMAGE
Abstract:
At the beginning is described technical basic capturing pictures and light on the CCD array and a separate capture color images basic properties as well as technical base for record video images in file formats on the memory media, which is under control of international standards. Emphasis task is theoretical presentation of geometric transformations on the video images. In carrying out transformations using different interpolations to improve the quality of images, which are seeing from theoretical points and I were presented far of graphics programs for presented images before and after interpolations. In Python, I wrote a simple program for one geometric transformation on a smaller digital image. In the practical part I have prepared environment for MMC to monitor parameters of hardware on personal computer, for monitor the percentage of consumption of hardware resources when implementing a procedure in graphic programs. I present the results and I explain them.
