Abstract
V naslednjem diplomskem delu visokošolskega strokovnega študija je na začetku predstavljen razvoj in vzdrževanje relejnih signalnovarnostnih naprav (v nadaljevanju SV naprave). Relejne SV naprave se pri nas še vedno veliko uporabljajo, kljub današnji vgradnji novih elektronskih SV naprav. Vzdrževanje in odkrivanje nastalih napak na relejnih SV napravah pa je dokaj zamudno in težko. Predvsem težko je odkriti napake, ki se pojavijo zelo redko oziroma le v določenem stanju SV naprave. V diplomskem delu sem opisal problem odkrivanja neznanih napak nastalih v SV napravi in razvoj merilne naprave pod imenom registrator RG-3/RG-9, katera predstavlja rešitev problema odkrivanja teh neznanih napak. Naprava registrator RG-3/RG-9 je sodobna elektronska merilna naprava, ki omogoča beleženje dogodkov na relejnih signalnovarnostnih napravah na cestnih nivojskih prehodih in železniških postajah. Uporablja se za vzpostavitev nadzora in odpravljanja napak v relejnih SV napravah s ciljem zagotavljanja maksimalne varnosti železniškega prometa. Merilna naprava shrani vsako spremembo stanja, ki se zgodi na vhodnih merilnih točkah in je standardni del opreme, če želimo izvajati analizo delovanja signalnovarnostne naprave. Glavna tema diplomskega dela je predstavitev načrtovanja programske opreme mikrokrmilniškega modula, ki je sestavni del naprave registrator RG-3/RG-9. V delu sem podrobneje opisal postopke začetka razvoja mikrokrmilniškega modula in predstavil njegovo vlogo v celotnem sistemu. Opisal sem vse programske komponente in podal glavne značilnosti programske opreme, ki se izvaja na mikrokrmilniškem modulu. Na koncu so predstavljene tudi omejitve programske opreme in opisano, kako bi lahko dodatno izboljšali delovanje programske opreme na mikrokrmilniškem modulu.

Title:Realtime software for relay data acquisition
Abstract:
In the following diploma thesis of the professional study programme I first briefly introduced the development and maintenance of the relay interlocking system. Relay interlocking system is still widely used in our country, despite installation of new electronic interlocking systems. Maintenance and detection of errors generated in the relay interlocking system is fairly time-consuming and difficult. It is mainly difficult to detect errors that occur very rarely and only in a specific state of the relay interlocking system. In this thesis, I described the problem of detecting the unknown errors which occur in relay interlocking system. I introduced the development of a data acquisition device named registrator RG-3/RG-9, which represents a solution to the problem of detecting unknown errors in relay interlocking system. Registrator RG-3/RG-9 is a modern electronic measuring device, which is used to record events that occur in the relay interlocking system at road level crossings and railway stations. It allows us to supervise and discover errors in the relay interlocking systems with the aim of ensuring the maximum safety of railway transport. Registrator RG-3/RG-9 device logs each state change that occurs on the measuring inputs of the device and is a standard piece of equipment for analysis of the relay interlocking system operation. The main topic of this thesis is a software design of microcontroller module, which is part of the registrator RG-3/RG-9 device. I also meticulously described development of microcontroller module and outlined its role in the overall system. I described all the software components and main features of the software, which is implemented in the microcontroller module. Finally, I presented the limitations of the implemented software and described further improvement of the microcontroller module software.
