The objective of the tesis is making-out of conception of renovation of House of culture Velika Loka. Based on obtained data of the building, research of existing structure in accordance with currently applicable Rules and Guidance the best possible solution for renovation was found with goal to prevent its existing problems and providing beneficial sharing of residents of the building as much as activities of Cultural Association of Velika Loka. In this thesis, regarding Rules and Guidance of Republic of Slovenia, energy-saving renovation, moisture renovation and protection from sound of the building were planned. Regarding energy-saving renovation thermal conductivity of existing constructional complexes was calculated and the result was compared to foreseen renovated constructional complexes. Regarding protection against sound there was sound insulation cladding belt planned, because of near reailway track. Thesis also includes base material destined for respecticve type of renovation.
