Izvedba sistema za upravljanje skladišča po metodi Kanban

V diplomskem delu opisujem izdelavo sistema kanban za upravljanje skladišča. Ta sistem omogoča hitro kroženje informacij o potrebah proizvodnje in daje navodila operaterjem za premik palet. V ozadju beleži čase in število premikov, katere so operaterji opravili na posamični poziciji. Te informacije se beležijo v bazo podatkov in omogočajo optimizacijo proizvodnje in povečanje produktivnosti. Program je izdelan v programu Studio 5000 Logix Designer, ki se uporablja za programiranje programirljivih logičnih krmilnikov znamke Allen Bradley. Vmesnik človek-stroj je narejen s pomočjo programa Factory Talk 8.0. Programski jezik, v katerem je program napisan, je Lestvični diagram.

• Title: Implementation of a Kanban based storage management system

Abstract

The thesis describes the manufacture of kanban system for warehouse management. This system allows the rapid circulation of information about needs of production, which gives the operator instructions to move pallets. In the background it keeps track of the number of movements which operators carried out and the time needed on an individual position. This information is being recorded in a database and enables optimization of production and increase in productivity. The program is developed in Studio 5000 Logix Designer, which is used for programming the programmable logic controllers made by Allen Bradley. Human-machine interface is made by using Factory Talk 8.0. Programming language in which the program is written in is Ladder diagram.
