Strokovne podlage za razvoj komunalne infrastrukture v občini Brežice : diplomska naloga

Diplomska naloga obravnava podatke, ki služijo kot strokovne podlage za razvoj komunalne infrastrukture v občini Brežice. V sklopu naloge je najprej prikazano in opisano obravnavano območje. Predstavljen je veljaven občinski prostorski akt, s poudarkom na gradnji in urejanju komunalne infrastrukture. V nadaljevanju je izvedena analiza podatkov zbirnega katastra gospodarske javne infrastrukture o obstoječi komunalni infrastrukturi v občini Brežice. Rezultati analize so prikazani z grafikoni in preglednicami. Analiziran je tudi odlok o programu opremljanja stavbnih zemljišč s komunalno infrastrukturo ter prikazani izračuni komunalnega prispevka za izbrane vrste objektov. Na koncu je predstavljen tudi primer izvedene investicije, t.j. izgradnje čistilne naprave. Opisane so tudi predvidene investicije na področju komunalne infrastrukture, ki temeljijo na veljavnem načrtu razvojnih programov za občino Brežice.

• Title: Professional basis for the development of public infrastructure in the municipality of Brežice

Abstract

In this graduation thesis a profesional bases for the development of public infrastructure in the municipality Brežice are presented. The area in question is shown and described in the first part of thesis. Strategical and implementation parts of spatial plan are presented within the part concerning things surrounding construction and regulation of the public infrastructure followed by a conducted analysis of cadastre of public infrastructure revolving public infrastructure in the municipality of Brežice. Results are shown in tables and graphs. Ordinance about putting public infrastructure on to building lands and displayed calculations of building land development fee for the chosen objects is analyzed. An example of an implemented investment named as water treatment plant is presented at the end of the thesis. In addition there are descriptions of expected investments in the field of public infrastructure, which are based on strategical plans of municipality of Brežice.
