Primerjava tehničnih specifikacij za ceste za zemeljska dela in nevezane plasti v Sloveniji in Hrvaški : diplomska naloga

V diplomskem delu so obravnavane slovenske in hrvaške tehnične specifikacije ter evropski standardi za zemeljska dela in nevezane nosilne plasti pri gradnji cest. Analizirani so kriteriji kakovosti za materiale, vgrajene plasti in postopke preizkušanja. V uvodnem delu so opisane glavne funkcije posameznih plasti v cestnem telesu. V nadaljevanju so za vsako plast analizirani kriteriji za oceno in kontrolo kakovosti materialov in izvedenih del, določeni v slovenskih, hrvaških in evropskih predpisih ter je narejena primerjava med kriteriji in zahtevami posameznih tehničnih pogojev. Ugotovljeno je, da se tehnični pogoji za gradnjo cest v Sloveniji in Hrvaški močno razlikujejo in da niso usklajeni z relevantnimi evropskimi standardi.

• Title: Comparison of technical conditions for earthworks and unbound granular material for roads in Slovenia and Croatia

Abstract

The thesis discusses the Slovenian and Croatian technical specifications and European standards for earthworks and unbound granular layers on roads. The comparative analysis of requirements is made for road materials, quality requirements and test methods. At the beginning, the functional properties of characteristic layers in road structure are introduced. The quality criteria for materials and compacted layers are analysed and compared along with the reference test methods for quality control in Slovenia and Croatia. A comparison of requirements is made also with the reference EN standards. Analysis shows some important differences in demands and test methods.
