Abstract

Abstract:
In the paper we are focused on the impact of business strategies and HRM practices on the nature of organization and its success, innovativeness and the emotional response of employees in Slovene organization in the context of globalisation. We start with the assumption that a business strategy is an optimal explorative predictor for HRM policies and for employee relations. With business strategy organizations decide how they will compete on global market. Our analysis includes representative sample of Slovene population and confirms that business strategy impacts the nature of an organization, the way an organization develops employee relations and how they consider their needs, wellbeing and consequently their families.
