Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili različne metodologije razvoja programske opreme in model za vrednotenje tehničnih in socioloških vidikov metodologije razvoja programske opreme. Model smo uporabili v praksi v podjetju znotraj razvojne skupine na oddelku za implementacijo ERP-rešitve Microsoft Dynamics AX. Analizirali smo obstoječo metodologijo in med člani razvojne skupine uporabili inštrument, na podlagi katerega smo ovrednotili posamezne elemente metodologije razvoja in jih postavili v ogrodje modela za vrednotenje metodologije. Kot rezultat uporabe modela za vrednotenje metodologije smo izpostavili neučinkovite, nesprejete in neuporabne elemente.

Title:The evaluation of social-technical aspects of software development methodologies
Abstract:
The thesis presents different software development methodologies (SDM) and an evaluation model for SDM suitability on a technical and social dimension. Model was used in the company within the development team at the department for implementation of ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics AX. We have analyzed the existing methodology and between members of the team we used the instrument for EMR evaluation and placed EMR in the SDM framework model for evaluation methodology . As a result of the use of evaluation model we identified useless, inefficient and unadopted SDM elements.
