The thesis describes the energy renovation of façade of multi-apartment buildings, which were in many cases built as energy-hungry, so the implementation of energy renovation is necessary. The aim of this thesis is to present the key points in the planning of energy rehabilitation of the façade cladding of an multi-apartment building. In the first of the thesis, the applicable legislation in the field of façade systems, the façade systems themselves and the financial incentives of the enviromental Eco Fund for implementation of energy measures are presented.
The second part of the thesis introduces the process of selecting the appropriate façade system on an example of a scyscraper on Gradnikove Brigade 33 street in accordance to the applicable legislation and the conditions for obtaining grants from the enviromental Eco Fund. In the thesis are also presented the solutions of cross-sections on the specific parts of the building, the possibility of condensation of water vapor in the peripheral wall and the specifics regarding the fixation of the façade system on the building.
