Abstract
Diplomsko delo je nastalo v okviru praktičnega dela na projektiranju, izdelavi, montaži, zagonu in reševanju težav na mali hidroelektrarni Brod 2. Diplomsko delo predstavlja opis MHE Brod 2 in delovanje avtomatike v MHE s krmilnikom Comap na turbinah Francis in Pelton. Avtomatika je pomemben del v procesu delovanja MHE, potrebujemo jo za pravilno in nemoteno delovanje sistema v MHE. Z avtomatiko zbiramo vse potrebne informacije in nato z ustreznim programom nadzorujemo proces. Običajni krmilniki PLC potrebujejo veliko dodatnih enot za pravilno delovanje avtomatike v sistemu, kar privede do problema, kako izbrati pravilne elemente, da bodo med seboj kompatibilni, lažje programirljivi, razumljivi za uporabnika in vzdrževalce ter tudi cenovno ugodni. Zato smo v podjetju Hidroenergija, d. o. o, uporabili krmilnik Comap, ki je bil prvotno zasnovan za krmiljenje enega ali več dizelskih agregatov za otočno proizvodnjo elektrike, in ga programirali tako, da dela v MHE, ki so povezane v EES. V diplomskem delu se vse rešitve nanašajo na MHE Brod 2 in krmilnik Comap InteliSys NTC BaseBox oz. IS-NTC-BB. V uvodu je na kratko opisana MHE, kako pridemo do ideje in rešitve, kakšno elektrarno postaviti. Opisan je sistem v MHE Brod 2, ki ga med seboj povezuje krmilnik IS-NTC-BB, in kaj nam omogoča sistem z IS-NTC-BB. V drugem poglavju je na splošno opisan krmilnik IS-NTC-BB, katere elemente vsebuje, kakšni so njegovi tehnični podatki, kako se ga da razširiti in uporabiti za bolj zahteven sistem oz. proces v MHE. V tretjem poglavju je podrobneje opisana oprema, uporabljena v MHE Brod 2. Četrto poglavje predstavlja celoten proces izdelave avtomatike in njeno uporabo na agregatih Francis in Pelton v MHE Brod 2

Title:Realization of small hydro power plant control automatization
Abstract:
The diploma thesis was based on practical training carried out in a small hydro power plant Brod 2 which includes design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and solving problems. The thesis presents a description of HPP Brod2 and an automatic operation with controllers Comap on the hydro power plant for Francis and Pelton turbines. Automation is an important part in the process of operation required to guarantee a proper and smooth functioning of the system HPP since it collects all the necessary information and with the appropriate application it controls process of the entire system. Usual PLC controllers need a lot of additional units for a proper automatic functioning in the system which leads to problems, such as how to choose the correct elements that are compatible with each other, are easily programmed, understandable to the users and also reasonably priced. Therefore, the Company Hidroenergija d.o.o. is using the controller Comap which we programmed in such a way that it works on all HPP which are connected on EPS, since originally Comap is designed for the control of one or more diesel generators that produce electricity. In the thesis, all the solutions are related to the HPP Brod 2 and the controller Comap InteliSys NTC BaseBox (IS-NTC-BB). In the introduction, there is a short description of a hydro power plant, how it is developed and decided what kind of a power plant should be built. An introduction also describes a MHE Brod 2 system that is connected with a controller IS-NTC-BB. The characteristics of the system IS-NTC-BB are presented as well. In the second chapter, the controller IS-NTC-BB and its elements are described in general. It also contains the technical specifications of the controller IS-NTC-BB and the description of how to expand it in order to be used in more complex systems. The third chapter includes a more detailed description of the equipment used in HPP Brod2. The fourth chapter presents the entire automation production and its function in Francis and Pelton turbine unit.
