Informacijska podpora upravljanju investicijskih projektov za vodenje čistilnih naprav

Sodobnega vodenja investicijskih projektov brez informacijske podpore si danes praktično težko predstavljamo. Količine podatkov in posledično informacij so tolikšne, da projektni odločevalci potrebuje programska orodja, ki obdelajo ogromne količine podatkov hkrati pa zmanjšajo možnost vpliva človeška faktorja. V procesih vodenja projektov se je vloga človeka omejila predvsem na vnos podatkov in sprejemanje odločitev na podlagi obdelave podatkov. To izkušnjo smo pridobili na investicijskem projektu nadgradnje in posodobitve Centralne čistilne naprave Domžale-Kamnik. Zakonske zahteve, ki so posledica okoljskih standardov po dodatnem izločanju dušika (N) in fosforja (P), so botrovale k pristopu nadgradnje. Informacijska podpora za upravljanje investicijskih projektov za vodenje čistilnih naprav Xpert sledi konceptu povezovanja produktnih, proizvodnih in projektnih modelov čistilne naprave. Xpert presega klasična informacijska orodja, saj nudi podporo v vseh življenjskih fazah obvladovanja investicijskega projekta. V specialističnem delu smo poleg predstavitve orodja Xpert izdelali nakazali tudi povezavo med programskim orodjem Xpert in podatkovno bazo Ekot, specializirano za področje elektro instalacij. Tako imamo na eni strani sistem za podporo vodenju projektov ter na drugi strani možnost uvoza baze podatkov. Oboje skupaj kot rezultat služi v podporo odločevalcem pri projektnem vodenju in hkrati pokriva vrzel med različnimi procesi pri upravljanju investicijskih projektov. Končen rezultat so prihranki tako v finančnem smislu kot tudi času s tem pa tudi večja konkurenčna prednost na hitro spreminjajočem se trgu.

Abstract

Modern management of investment projects without any IT support to you today practically hard to imagine. The amount of data and consequently the information are such as to project decision-makers need software tools that process the huge amount of data while reducing the possibility of influencing the human factor. In the project management process, the role of the man was limited to the entry of data and making decisions based on data processing. This experience we have gained on the investment project to upgrade and modernize the wastewater treatment plant Domžale-Kamnik. Legal requirements resulting from environmental standards to further depletion of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P), they were preceded by an approach upgrades. Information support for management of investment projects for the management of wastewater treatment plants Xpert follows the concept of integration of product, production and project designs treatment plants. Xpert exceed traditional IT tools, offering support in all stages of life management of the investment project. The specialist work, in addition to the presentation tools Xpert made indicated a link between the software tool Xpert and database Ekot specialized in the field of electrical installations. Thus we have on the one hand support system for project management and on the other hand, the possibility of importing the database. Both together as a result of serving in support of decision makers in project management and at the same time covers the gap between the various processes in the management of investment projects. The net result is savings both in financial terms as well as the time and hence greater competitive advantage in a rapidly changing market.
