Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisan del razvoja in izvedbe realnega projekta za vodenje klimatskih sistemov in nadzornega sistema v zdravstveni ustanovi, na katerem sem delal v podjetju Metronik elementi in sistemi za avtomatiko. Prva polovica diplomskega dela se nanaša na strojni nivo. Opisani so gradniki klimatskega sistema in njihov namen delovanja, lastnosti uporabljenjega krmilnika s pripadujočimi moduli, razvoj programa in opis programskih blokov. V drugi polovici pa govorim o razvoju nadzornega sistema, posameznih elementih, kateri tvorijo centralno nadzorni sistem, izdelavi grafičnega prikaza, alarmiranja, beleženja zgodovine, zaščite sistema in komunikacijo procesne baze s krmilnikom.

Title:Control and supervision of the climate system in a medical institution
Abstract:
In this thesis, a part of a real project development and its realisation are described. The project, which I've worked on in a company ''Metronik elementi in sistemi za avtomatiko,'' deals with managing air-conditioning systems with programmable logical controller and control system in a health institution. First half of the thesis is related to the hardware level, where components of air- conditioning system and their performance are discussed. Furthermore, specifications of used programmable logical controller and modules, development of a logical program and program blocks are described. In the other half, development of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) components are presented, including design of the graphical display (Human Machine Interface), alarm system and history recording, as well as system protection and communication between database and PLC.
