Razvoj univerzalnega regulatorja ogrevanja na osnovi programirljivega logičnega krmilnika

Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen razvoj univerzalnega regulatorja ogrevanja, namenjenega krmiljenju zahtevnejših ogrevalnih sistemov, ki vključujejo več virov energije in večje število vremensko vodenih ogrevalnih krogov. Univerzalni regulator ogrevanja je bil poimenovan Davit XL in temelji na programirljivem logičnem krmilniku Trovis 5571 proizvajalca Samson in štirih razširitvenih I/O enotah. Regulator je bil razvit tako, da že vsebuje 115 pred programiranih shem ogrevanja, med katerimi lahko uporabnik izbira. Sheme so sestavljene iz kombinacij štirih virov energije, zalogovnika tople vode, hranilnika sanitarne tople vode in petih vremensko vodenih ogrevalnih krogov. V glavnem delu je predstavljen potek programiranja v programskem okolju Isagraf in glavni elementi, ki sestavljajo programsko kodo regulatorja. Pri tem je posebej izpostavljeno programiranje uporabniškega vmesnika in odpravljanje težav, ki nastanejo na račun šibke strojne opreme krmilnika in velikega števila pred programiranih shem. Na koncu je predstavljena še nadgradnja regulatorja s Scada sistemom in možnostjo oddaljenega upravljanja ogrevalnega sistema. Za opravljanje nalog Scada sistema je bil izbran Web modul Trovis 5590. Opisan je tudi potek programiranja Web modula v programskem okolju Web-Modul-Editor.

Title:Development of a universal heating controller based on a programmable logic controller
Abstract:
The thesis presents development of a universal heating controller designed for controlling sophisticated heating systems with several different energy sources and large number of weather-compensated heating circuits. The controller was named Davit XL. It is based on a Samson’s Trovis 5571 programmable logic controller and four I/O modules. The controller was developed to include 115 pre-programmed hydraulic schematics between which the user can choose. The hydraulic schematics are combinations of four energy sources, hot water buffer tank, domestic hot water circuit and five weather-compensated heating circuits. The main part of thesis presents the process of developing in Isagraf programming environment and the main components of the controller’s program code. The emphasis is on user interface development and solving problems, which occur as a result of weak hardware specifications relative to the large number of a pre-programed hydraulic schematics. The last part of the thesis presents an upgrade of the heating controller with Scada system and the possibility of remote control. For this purpose, the Web module Trovis 5571 was selected. The development of a Web module application with software Web-Modul-Editor is also presented.
