Uporabnost podatkov registra nepremičnin za analizo stanovanjskega sklada občine Kobarid : diplomska naloga

V diplomskem delu smo preverili in podrobneje raziskali uporabnost podatkov registra nepremičnin za stanovanjski sklad Občine Kobarid. V prvem delu smo izvedli analizo atributnih podatkov registra nepremičnin za stanovanjske stavbe na omenjenem področju ter rezultate, zaradi lažje in enostavnejše predstavljivosti, prikazali tudi grafično. Osredotočili smo se na glavne značilnosti stanovanjskega sklada kot so analiza stanovanjskih stavb glede na dejansko rabo, vrste materiala konstrukcij stanovanjskih stavb, vrsto ogrevanja, število nadstropij in obnovo streh ter fasad. Stanovanjske stavbe smo si tudi dejansko ogledali na terenu ter nato napravili analizo kakovosti podatkov o izbranih stanovanjskih stavbah ter predstavili ugotovitve, povezane z analizo podatkov, ki smo jih pridobili iz registra nepremičnin. Na podlagi analize kakovosti podatkov smo prišli do ugotovitve, da so na področju podatkov o stanovanjskih stavbah v registru nepremičnin še možnosti za izboljšave, saj se dejansko stanje v naravi marsikje ne ujema s podatki iz registra nepremičnin.

• Title: Applicability of the Real estate register data for the analysis of the existing housing stock within municipality of Kobarid

Abstract

Main aim of this diploma thesis was to verify and investigate in details the usefulness of real estate register data for the analysis of the existing house stock within the Municipality of Kobarid. The first part of this thesis contains the analysis of real estate register data. Our primary intention was to present major characteristics of the existing housing stock such as residential building analysis according to its actual use, construction material types of residential buildings, types of heating and roof and façade renovation. Our qualitative data analysis and its results are based on inspection of several residential buildings within Municipality of Kobarid. Results of our qualitative data analysis lead us to the conclusion that in the field of residential buildings data there are opportunities for improvement, because the actual state of residential buildings is not entirely and completely in accordance with the real estate register data.
