Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisan triosni CNC rezkalnik in njegovi sestavni deli. Na začetku dela so prikazani izumi, ki so bili potrebni za nastanek prvega računalniško vodenega stroja. Opisane so tudi osnove CNC strojev in primerjava konstrukcij obdelovalnega dela stroja. Ideja diplomskega dela temelji na tem, da bi lahko v Laboratoriju za električne stroje, sami izdelovali ter obdelovali različne dele električnih strojev, kot so tuljavniki za namestitev navitij, ohišja električnih strojev in druge sestavne dele, ki niso dosegljivi v serijski proizvodnji. Na podlagi podanih funkcionalnih in tehničnih zahtev, katerim mora triosni pogonski mehanizem ustrezati, smo sestavili CNC rezkalnik. Predstavljeni so vsi posamezni gradniki triosnega rezkalnika in krmilje celotnega stroja. Triosni pogonski mehanizem je krmiljen preko računalnika s programskim paketom Mach 3.

Title:Three-axis milling machine
Abstract:
This thesis describes a three-axis CNC milling machine and its components. Firstly the paper presents the inventions that were necessary for constructing the first computer-controlled machine, describes the basics of CNC machines and makes a comparison of machine frames. The presupposition of the thesis is that Laboratory for electrical machines could produce and process various parts of electrical machines, such as coil formers for windings, housings for electric appliances, and other components that are not available in mass production. On the basis of specified functional and technical requirements, which a triaxial drive mechanism must meet, we have assembled a CNC milling machine. All individual elements of a three axis milling machine and controller of the whole machine are presented in the thesis. The triaxial driving mechanism is controlled by computer program Mach 3.
