Abstract
Tehnološki in družbeni razvoj vodita sodobna elektroenergetska omrežja v smer popolne digitalizacije in uporabe mrežnih tehnologij. V tem procesu se pogosto uporablja standard IEC 61850, ki celovito opisuje funkcionalni model in predpisuje komunikacije na vseh nivojih avtomatizacije in vodenja razdelilne transformatorske postaje. Njegova uporaba se naglo širi in je osnova razvoja sodobnega aktivnega omrežja. Družina produktov NEO 3000 podjetja Iskra d. d. ponuja tehnološko aktualne rešitve na podrocju avtomatizacije in vodenja v elektroenergetiki. Predstavljamo za industrijsko rabo primeren nacin integracije sprejema IEC 61850 sporocil GOOSE v zašcitni rele FPC 680 in izdelavo rešitve uporabniku prijaznega nastavljanja z orodjem Power System Manager. Predlagamo tudi naslednje korake za izboljšanje uporabniške izkušnje in skladnosti rešitve v NEO 3000 z možnostmi, ki jih ponuja standard IEC 61850.

Title:
Integration of IEC 61850 GOOSE protocol into the NEO 3000 platform
Abstract:
Technological and social development lead modern power networks in the direction of complete digitization and use of network technologies. Standard IEC 61850 comprehensively describes functional model and provides communication at all levels of automation and control of the substation. Its use is rapidly expanding and is the basis of development of the modern smart grid. Product family NEO 3000 from Iskra d.d. company offers technologically advanced solutions in the field of power system automation. Document introduces improvements made to receive the IEC 61850 GOOSE mesages into the feeder protection relay FPC 680 to be ready for industrial use. User friendliness of the configuration tool Power System Manager has been greatly improved as well. Suggested are further user experience improvements and extensive use of the possibilities offered by the standard IEC 61850to increase the compliance of the NEO 3000 platform.
