Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena postavitev kontaktnega centra, ki temelji na rešitvah Microsoft Lync in lastno razvite rešitve ContactInCloud. V diplomski nalogi sem predstavil tudi vidik projektnega vodenja, ki je potreben za vpeljavo tovrstne kompleksne rešitve.

Title:Setting-up a contact center
Abstract:
In this thesis I have presented a proces of setting-up a contact center witch is based on Microsoft Lync and own developed solutions ContactInCloud. I have allso presented the aspect of project management that is needed for the introduction of such complex solutions.
