Abstract
Cilj diplomske naloge je raziskati vpliv barv in oblik na čustveni odziv pri izdelavi logotipa in ga izdelati v programu CorelDRAW. Raziskal sem, kako so razne oblike in barve že v prazgodovini vplivale na človeško obnašanje in kako še vedno nagonsko, v naši podzavesti, vplivajo na nas. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge bom opisal, kako različni dražljaji in barve vplivajo na našo pozornost in odziv. Obravnaval bom model ARMM, ki v štirih korakih obrazloži, katere odzive sproži logotip in kako z njimi manipulirati, da dosežemo želeno sporočilnost. Raziskal bom tudi vpliv barv in barvnih odtenkov na čustven odziv. Pri vseh razlagah bom tudi vključil primere logotipov uspešnih podjetij, ki so s svojim logotipom dosegli želen učinek. V praktičnem delu bom teoretično znanje uporabil v praksi, z izdelavo logotipa v programu CorelDRAW, katerega uporablja veliko število podjetij, ki se ukvarjajo z oblikovanjem. Postopno bom opisal korake in orodja, ki sem jih uporabil za samo oblikovanje logota za podjetniški dogodek. V zadnjem delu bom opisal na katere težave in pomanjkljivosti sem naletel ob izdelavi logotipa in ob sami izdelavi diplomske naloge ter predlagal možne korake za izboljšavo.

Title:Psychological impact of logotype color scheme
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to research the influence of colors and shapes on emotional response when designing a logo and show the designing process in CorelDRAW. It has been proved that different shapes and colors already affected human behavior since ancient history and they still subconsciously influence our behavior today. In the theoretical part, I will describe how different stimuli and colors influence our attention and response. I will describe the ARMM model, which shows in four steps, what kind of emotional response can be triggered by logos and how to manipulate this response in order to achieve the wanted message. Also I will research how different colors and color nuance trigger emotional response. The theoretical knowledge will be demonstrated through different examples of logos of successful companies. In the practical part of this thesis I will show the process of designing a logo in CorelDRAW that is used by many of design creative agencies. I will describe in detail the steps and tools of making the logo for an entrepreneurial event. At the end I will describe all the problems and flaws I noticed on the logo and suggest possible further steps.
