Abstract
Omenili pa bomo še direktivo, ki obravanava elektromagnetno združljivost (EMC– Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2004/108/EC), direktivo o omejevanju uporabe nekaterih nevarnih snovi v električni in elektronski opremi (RoHS II- Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment 2002/95/EC), direktivo o odpadni električni in elektronski opremi (WEEE- Waste Electrical and Electronic equipment 2002/96/EC), ter direktiva po energijski učinkovitosti (ErP- Energy- related prducts Directive 2009/125/EC).

Title:Lamps safety
Abstract:
For diploma we put our attention to low voltage directive (LVD – Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC) into which also illuminants in harmonized standard EN 60589 are included. We will also mention the directive, which manages electromagnetic compatibility (EMC – Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2004/108/EC), directive regarding limitation of use of some dangerous substances in electric and electronic equipment (RoHS II- Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment 2002/95/EC), directive regarding waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE- Waste Electrical and Electronic equipment 2002/96/EC), and directive about energy efficiency (ErP- Energy- related products Directive 2009/125/EC). For preskusing of sample light we based onto standard EN 60598-1 (edition 6: 2003), which is a part of low voltage directive. In the first part of the standard (key for our preskusing), general requirements for lamps, included as electric light sources at the feeder voltage up to 1.000 V, are defined. Requirements and connected preskuss of the standard cover: classification, mechanical constructions and electrical execution. With this part of the standard we assure series of requirements and preskuss, valid as general use of different parts of lights and can name them afterwards as required in detailed specifications EN 60598-2. Finally we performed preskuss in LMK (Laboratorij za Metrologijo in Kakovost), Tržaška cesta 25, 1000 Ljubljana and with them formed a sample of form, with which we can determine suitability of the lamp with the standard EN 60598.
