Skladnost toplotnih črpalk z zahtevami evropskih direktiv

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno, s katerimi direktivami Evropske unije mora biti toplotna črpalka skladna, da se lahko prodaja na njenem trgu. Najprej se bralec seznani s toplotno črpalko in njenim delovanjem. Sledi obrazložitev, zakaj zapade toplotna črpalka pod katero direktivo. Opisani so moduli za preverjanje skladnosti z direktivami. Posebej je opisan modul A, saj se z njim preverja toplotna črpalka. Podrobneje je opisana nizkonapetostna direktiva s standardom EN 60335-1, EN 60335-2-21 in EN 60335-2-40. Ti standardi so podrobneje opisani. Opisane so meritve in preskusi, ki jih je potrebno opraviti za zadostitev temu standardu. Narejena je ocena tveganja za toplotno črpalko. V nadaljevanju je opisana direktiva o elektromagnetni združljivosti. Podrobneje so opisani testi, ki so se opravili v akreditiranem laboratoriju. Za konec so še povzetki direktive o omejevanju nevarnih snovi v električnih in elektronskih napravah, direktiva o odpadni elektronski in električni opremi ter direktiva o napravah povezanih z energijo.

• Title: Heat pumps compliance with the requirements of the European Directives

Abstract

The thesis shows which EU directives a heat pump must be in accordance with so that it can be sold on the European market. First the reader gets acquainted with the heat pump and its operation. The following is an explanation as to why a heat pump falls under a certain directive. The thesis describes modules for verifying compliance with directives, especially module A, as heat pumps are verified with it. There is a detailed description of the low-voltage directive with the standards EN 60335-1, EN 60335-2-21 and EN 60335-2-40, which are described in detail. There is also a description of measurements and testings which need to be performed in order to meet this standard. The risk assessment for the heat pump has been done. Electromagnetic compatibility is described. There are detailed descriptions of tests which have been done in the accredited laboratory. The final part of the thesis comprises summaries of the Directive on the Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment, the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive and the Energy-related Products Directive.
