Abstract
Diplomska naloga opisuje postopek uvajanja, izvedbe preskušanja na primerih ter izvedbo presoje s strani Slovenske Akreditacije in IECEE CB sheme za izdajo akreditiranih dokumentov po standardu IEC 62133 in IEC 62281/UN 38.3. V diplomski nalogi so podrobneje predstavljene varnostne zahteve, ki jih morajo izpolnjevati Li-Ion baterije po trenutno veljavnih mednarodnih standardih. Poleg varnostnih zahtev so podrobno predstavljeni tudi razlogi za izvedbo preskusov ter postopek izvedbe akreditacije. Postopki preskušanja varnostnih oziroma transportnih zahtev so podrobno opisani po točkah standardov, ki se nanašajo na Li-Ion baterije, vključno z vso potrebno merilno/preskusno opremo in dodatnimi razlagami za lažje razumevanje in izvajanje preskusov. Zahtevam standardov sledi tudi prikaz preskušanja na vzorcu baterije, vključno z analizami rezultatov glede na zahteve vsakega opisanega preskusa. Iz rezultatov preskušanja smo ugotovili, da so vzorci, na katerih smo izvedli preskušanje, skladni z zahtevami navedenih standardov. Na podlagi izdanih pozitivnih preskusnih poročil je omogočena njihova uporaba v električnih prenosnih napravah ter prevoz v letalskem, morskem in cestnem prometu.

Title:Preparation of a laboratory for accreditation for batteries testing
Abstract:
This thesis describes the procedure of introduction, execution of testing samples and of assessment, made by Slovenian accreditation and IECEE CB scheme for issuing of accredited documents after standard IEC 62133 and IEC 62281/UN 38.3. The thesis offers a more detailed view of safety requirements that should be fulfilled by Li-Ion batteries, considering internationally valid standards. Furthermore, detailed description includes the purpose of performing the tests and procedure of realization as well. The procedures of testing the security/transport requirements are described in standard clauses related to Li-Ion batteries. This includes also all the necessary test equipment and additional explanations for better understanding and easier realization of testing. Requirements of standards are followed by the representation of testing on a battery sample. This includes also the analysis of results according to requirements of each individual test. From the results of testing we found out that the samples which were subjected to testing, are complying with requirements of stated standards. Based on issued positive test reports, the use of Li-Ion batteries is enabled in electrical portable equipment as well as in air, sea and land transport.
