Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena obstoječa 100 let stara stavba, ki jo je zaradi dotrajanosti potrebno sanirati. Sanacija je potrebna zaradi premajhne potresne varnosti in zaradi nezadostne toplotne učinkovitosti. Obenem s sanacijo stavbe je predvidena tudi rekonstrukcija, s katero bo obstoječa razporeditev stanovanjskih prostorov zamenjana z bolj praktično in sodobnejšo. Za celovit pristop k nalogi je bilo potrebno najprej izdelati posnetek zgradbe, to je tlorise in prereze objekta, ker prvotnih načrtov ni bilo mogoče najti. Zatem je bilo treba poiskati in pregledati ustrezne gradbene rešitve za izvedbo sanacije in rekonstrukcije zgradbe. Izhodišče za vse rešitve je bila ohranitev zunanjega izgleda in gabaritnih izmer stavbe. Izračunana ocena stroškov opisane rekonstrukcije naj da odgovor na vprašanje, ali je zgradbo smiselno rekonstruirati in s tem pridobiti uporabne stanovanjske površine. Alternativa je seveda rušenje zgradbe. Izbiro med obema možnostima bodo opravili lastniki zgradbe.

Title:Implementation plan and assenssment of costs for a residential building renovation
Abstract:
This paper presents an existing 100 years old building that required renovation due to its deteriorated condition. Renovation was necessary due to inadequate seismic safety and energy efficiency. Simultaneously with the renovation, a reconstruction was planned to modernise and improve the functionality of the arrangement of existing living spaces. In order to implement this comprehensive task, a ground plan of the building needed to be drawn up as the original building plan could not be recovered. Next, suitable construction solutions for the renovation and reconstruction of the building needed to be drawn up and reviewed. All possible solutions were based on maintaining the exterior image and outline of the building. The cost estimate of the said reconstruction was aimed at answering whether or not the reconstruction of the building was feasible in order to obtain useful residential facilities. The alternative was to demolish the building. The final decision between the two options Will be made by the owners of the property.
