In this thesis, the application of ISO 9001: 2008 standard in the industry and its use is described. The basis for the study are the ISO standard and my own experience which I gained during practical education. The main theme of this task was the description and implementation of the standard and its use in an industrial plant.
The chapters are structured according to the points of the ISO standard for quality. In the Introduction, the complete task is summarized followed by the brief description of the standard and the reason for its use. In the second chapter, the quality management system and a practical example are described. The third chapter describes the responsibilities of management and its responsibilities for the proper implementation and maintaining required levels of quality in industrial plant. The fourth chapter describes the necessary resources required for the implementation of the standard. In the fifth chapter, product realization is introduced. Here, I describe the necessary steps and requirements for the realization and achievement of quality in the product. In the sixth chapter, necessary processes to ensure and maintain the required level of quality are described. In the seventh chapter, I explain measurement and analysis of the product, as well as measures for non-compliance. The final chapter presents the findings of the implementation of the standard and its implementation in production.
